Postdoc position in Particle Phenomenology

Université de Montréal GPP-Phenomenology Montreal, Canada

About the position

Position Description

The Groupe de Physique des Particules at the Université de Montréal (UdeM) invites interested candidates working in theoretical particle physics with a specialization in phenomenology to apply for a postdoctoral scholar position at UdeM. The phenomenology group includes David London and Ryan Plestid. Collaboration with Plestid and/or London, as well as with local graduate students and postdocs is encouraged. There are regular opportunities to interact with the theory groups at McGill, Carleton, Queens University, and the Perimeter Institute. Our experimental group is active in ATLAS (LHC) as well as SENSEI, PICO, and SuperCDMS (DM searches).

Topics of interest include (any overlap is a good overlap): B-physics and flavour physics in general, rare decays, neutrino physics, dark matter, model building, radiative corrections, low-energy precision, and searches for physics beyond the Standard Model more generally.
